SHIPPING POLICY
Overview
Thank you for shopping with Brighter Day Services. We want to make sure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
How We Ship
Brighter Day Services fulfills orders in two ways depending on the item purchased:
- Direct Shipments — Cleaning supply kits, replacement items, and select accessories are packed and shipped directly by Brighter Day Services via UPS
- Printify Fulfillment — Branded apparel, accessories, drinkware, and select merchandise are fulfilled and shipped directly by our print and fulfillment partner Printify. These items are printed and shipped separately from any direct shipments
If your order contains both a direct ship item and a Printify fulfilled item your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Where We Ship
Brighter Day Services currently ships to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories only.
Please note that certain Printify fulfilled products have additional country restrictions noted on the individual product pages. Please review product pages carefully before purchasing.
Processing Time

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay we will notify you by email.

Printify Fulfilled Items: Printify ships via their carrier network. Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days after production is complete depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Brighter Day Services is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related delays, or any other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order contents, weight, dimensions, and delivery address. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Please note that orders containing both direct ship and Printify fulfilled items may reflect separate shipping charges at checkout.
Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time and will be clearly noted on the website when available.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Direct shipments can be tracked at ups.com. Printify fulfilled orders will include a tracking number from their carrier network.
If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of placing your order please contact us at companystore@brighterdayservcs.com.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Brighter Day Services is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order please contact us immediately at companystore@brighterdayservcs.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee address updates once an order has been processed or sent to Printify for fulfillment.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
Direct Shipments: If your package arrives damaged please photograph the damage immediately and contact us at companystore@brighterdayservcs.com within 5 days of delivery. For lost packages contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 with your tracking number to file a claim.
Printify Fulfilled Items: If your Printify fulfilled item arrives damaged or is lost in transit please contact us at companystore@brighterdayservcs.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with Printify on your behalf to arrange a replacement or resolution.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us or to Printify as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery — we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
